We have completely revamped the layout of this fireplace elevation. When we first walked in the house, the fireplace was off centered and there was no built ins. We relocated the fireplace to make room for the built ins that now provide ample amount of open and closed storage for our clients to utilize for their needs. We decorated and styled the open shelves with vintage one-of-a-kind pieces to draw attention and make this space interesting. We opted for a custom marble fireplace surround to make this space cozy and warm. We bought all new furniture and sourced one of a kind vintage rug to pull the room together. We did minor cosmetic changes to their kitchen to keep a cohesive look throughout this open floor plan. Installed new Island light fixture, removed upper cabinets to allow for open shelving and painted the kitchen island the same color as the living room-built ins to tie the two spaces together.
